Dementia Care

We specialise in caring for people living with all types of dementia. This can be a challenging time for family members making that decision for their loved one to move into full-time care. Our dedicated and experienced team ensure this transition is made as smooth as possible as they are passionate about working in this sector and caring for your loved one. We cater to a wide range of care needs in our home including all forms of dementia, Alzheimer’s (all stages), end of life and comfort care, patients with physical disabilities, psychiatric, patients who are PEG fed, and individuals who have had CVA (Stroke).

Convalescence and Respite Care

We cater to both convalescent and respite care in our nursing home. Convalescence care may be required for an individual recovering from a serious illness injury or surgery, and we ensure that we provide the highest quality of care to get them recuperated and enhance their recovery back to fitness in order to return home. Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel or spend time with other family and friends.
